这个是因为KEY 出错
- 解决办法 卸载debian-archive-keyring
- 执行：dpkg –force-depends -P debian-archive-keyring
- 下载新的 debian-archive-keyring.ded
- 安装 debian-archive-keyring.ded
- dpkg -i debian-archive-keyring_2023.4_all.deb
